The service unit index lists allows you to search for particular battalions (and sometimes individual companies within them). Other regiments, etc. are listed where they have connections with items in our collection.

Use the scroll bar to search the index in the upper left window. The Royal Northumberland Fusiliers have had various titles in the past but for convenience all items connected with the regiment at any period in its history can be found under 'Northumberland Fusiliers' in this index. Items may also appear under earlier titles such as 5th Foot in addition to being listed under 'Northumberland Fusiliers'. The Tyneside Scottish and Tyneside Irish battalions appear in numerical sequence under 'Northumberland Fusiliers' and also under 'Tyneside'.
